Terms and Conditions

1. PayPal x Vortex Global Media Bonus Campaign is valid from 1 September 2026 to 31 December 2026, or until the allocated campaign fund has been fully redeemed, whichever comes first.
2. This campaign is only applicable for order paid using Selected PayPal currencies (MXN, COP. CLP, PEN) as payment method.
3. Discount availability is subject to the selected currency and daily campaign allocation. 
4. PayPal x Vortex Global Media is only applicable for users making their first PayPal transaction on Vortex Global Media, with one redemption per user. 
5. Eligible orders will receive a 15% discount on the Vortex Global Media Pay checkout page, capped at 440 Voltex Credits (approximately $1.1 USD), with a minimum spend of 3,000 Voltex Credits (approximately $7.3 USD).
6. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout if the requirements have been met and before payment is completed.
7. The discount will be calculated based on the final eligible order amount before payment.
8. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash, Voltex Credits, store credit, or any other form of monetary value.
9. The discount cannot be combined with other vouchers, discount codes, or promotions unless otherwise stated by Vortex Global Media.
10. Vortex Global Media agents, employees, and their friends or family members are not eligible to participate in this campaign.
11. Vortex Global Media reserves the right to cancel or modify any order, or revoke any discount, at its sole discretion.
12. Vortex Global Media will not be liable or required to provide a replacement discount in the event of:
    – The campaign being discontinued or cancelled.
    – Improper use of, or inability to receive, the discount.
    – The inability to receive the discount due to technical issues.
