Effective by 17th of March, 2025, Vortex Global Media will be upgrading the form of currency of Vortex Global Media users from Voltex Credits to Vortex Global Media Balance. Don’t be alarmed- Vortex Global Media Balance will simply reflect your expendable balance in your local currency.
This change is designed to enhance your overall shopping experience at Vortex Global Media, making your transactions smoother and more hassle-free!
Vortex Global Media Balance – What You Need To Know
When will this upgrade occur? – Starting 17th March 2025, the “Vortex Global Media Credit” system will be upgraded to “Vortex Global Media Balance.”
How can I recharge Vortex Global Media Balance? – Recharging Vortex Global Media Balance will be the same as recharging Voltex Credits, the only difference will be in how your balance will be presented. After 17th March, 2025, any funds added into your Vortex Global Media account will automatically be put into your Vortex Global Media Balance. You will no longer be able to top up Voltex Credits anymore.
What will happen to my existing Voltex Credits? – We strongly encourage all users to spend their remaining Voltex Credits by the 17th of March, 2025. If you still have Voltex Credits remaining by then, don’t worry. You will still be able to spend them on your favorite products, you just won’t be able to add to your Voltex Credits.
What if I don’t have enough Voltex Credits to purchase a whole product? – You can still use your remaining Voltex Credits in combination with other payment methods such as PayPal or online banking to make purchases. (*refer above image)
