Effective 3 November 2026. Voltex currently provides a product catalogue, customer accounts and enquiry forms. Submitting a selection or enquiry does not create a sale, charge a payment or guarantee availability. Any future purchase requires a separately confirmed quotation and agreed payment and delivery terms.
Accounts: we store your name, email address, salted password hash, hashed recovery code and hashed session identifiers. Emails are not verified. Save your recovery code: automated email password recovery is not offered. Never submit payment-card data, game passwords or other account credentials.
Enquiries and partnership applications are stored for review. Newsletter consent is recorded separately. We use essential sign-in cookies and browser storage for your selections/preferences; advertising and analytics cookies are not enabled. - Content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harmful, including insults, disrespect, or contempt towards any religion, individual, or entity.
- Content that insults or disrespects any country, government, government official, or community.
- Content that goes against public policy in the jurisdictions where the merchant operates, or that may cause public unrest or strain international relationships.
- Content that deceives or misleads, particularly targeting children and youths.
- Content containing false or misleading information.
- Content related to prohibited products, services, or digital content as determined by Vortex Global Media, at its sole discretion.
- Content related to non-fiat currency particularly cryptocurrency mining, staking, initial coin offerings and Secondary NFT sales.
- Content that violates applicable laws, rules, or regulations in any relevant jurisdiction.
